What to expect from a tank.
With hard local water, most tank water heaters last 8 to 12 years. A 40-gallon model will typically run out after about two back-to-back showers. We can help you choose a size that matches your household instead of automatically upsizing it.

Every installation includes the permit and city inspection, new shutoff valve and connectors, thermal expansion tank, drain pan where needed, venting check and old-tank haul-away. We carry Bradford White, Rheem and A. O. Smith tanks because parts are available on a Boise shelf the same day.
