A tank flush clears sediment that settles at the bottom of the tank. It can reduce rumbling and popping, help the heater work more smoothly and give us a chance to spot problems before they become no-hot-water calls.
Tankless descale: $189.
Tankless equipment needs a yearly descale. Mineral deposits can build up inside the heat exchanger, especially with hard water. A regular descale supports the 18 to 20-year life a tankless system can achieve here.

When a yearly visit is due, we can send a reminder text. You do not have to remember the date or wait until the system starts sounding different.
Add-ons at installation.
If you are replacing your water heater, we can add water softener hookups or a recirculation pump at the same time. That is often the cleanest moment to make the surrounding system work better for your home.
