Rinnai and Navien. Both give us dependable options for households that need a longer-lasting, continuous hot-water setup.
The maker’s warranty is in writing.
Every quote states the maker’s tank or heat-exchanger warranty, which ranges from 6 to 15 years depending on the model. Kallie registers it with the manufacturer the day we install and emails you the confirmation.
Our labor warranty.
Every installation includes a 3-year labor warranty. Every repair includes a 1-year labor warranty. If the manufacturer replaces a covered part or tank within the first 3 years, our labor is free.
Permitted work leaves a paper trail.
A permit is pulled on every installation and the city inspection is included. You should know what was installed, what it is covered by and where the paperwork lives.
